We bought a ride-on car and it was fine at first, but later on we needed a small replacement part and that’s where it got annoying. I couldn’t find clear info on the website, and getting an actual answer took longer than it should have. It kind of felt like once the car was sold, support wasn’t much of a priority. If you’re just buying it for occasional use and don’t expect to need parts, maybe it’s okay, but for us, I’d be hesitant to buy again unless replacement parts were much easier to find.

"Decent, but the plastic feels a little weak..."
It worked fine overall, but... the wheels started getting loose quickly. Not terrible, just doesn’t feel super sturdy.

I reached out a few times asking about my warranty and basically got ignored. Ironic, considering the whole point of a warranty is to feel like someone might actually help you if something goes wrong.

I tried reaching out to customer service a few different times because I had some questions and needed a little help, but the whole experience was disappointing. The replies took a while to come through, and when they finally did respond, it felt like they weren’t really answering what I was asking. I ended up having to explain myself more than once, and even then I still didn’t feel like I got any kind of clear solution. it kind of came across like they were just trying to get me off their plate instead of actually helping. It was frustrating enough that I don’t think I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

"Nice little car, but the sizing should be clearer"
The car itself looks good and runs fine, so I don’t regret buying it. That said, it’s definitely smaller than I expected. My 5-year-old can fit in it, but there isn’t much extra room at all. Delivery went smoothly, and everything worked as it should, but I do think it’s only fair for the size details to be more clear so parents know exactly what they’re getting before they order.

"Remote was frustrating to use"
I was disappointed with this car. The remote took way too long to connect, and a few times it just stopped working while my kid was riding, which was really frustrating. For the price, I expected it to work more smoothly, so I don’t think it’s worth the hassle

"Good idea, but my order was frustrating"
I was excited to order from electrickidcars.com because they had some nice options and the site looked promising at first. I really wanted it to be a quick, easy purchase and hoped everything would go smoothly.
Unfortunately, the whole experience ended up feeling disorganized and more stressful than it needed to be. By the end, I was annoyed and didn’t feel like it was worth the hassle. The product idea is great, but based on my order, I’d probably look somewhere else next time.

"Tracking just never updated"
I got the tracking number and figured, okay, great—but then it just sat there for days. No real updates, no explanation, and I kept checking like maybe it would suddenly change. It didn’t, so I was basically left guessing where my order even was.

"Battery doesn't last at all"
I bought this for my son, and the battery barely makes it 20 minutes now. I charged it overnight like the instructions said, so I figured it would be fine, but... yeah. Frustrating, honestly. Wish I had looked into the battery life more before ordering.

The ride wasn’t great. It felt really slow and I was getting bumped around a lot the whole time. When I brought it up, it kind of felt like they made it my problem instead of actually caring about the experience.

"Feels a bit outdated compared to other sites"
I’ll be honest, the site didn’t make the best first impression on me. Compared to other websites I’ve used, this one felt a lot more cluttered and old-fashioned. There were too many things happening on the page, and some of the images and sections didn’t look very clean or organized. It made browsing a bit frustrating, and I didn’t feel as confident using it as I usually do with more polished sites...

The car itself is fine, so I can’t really complain too much, but the delivery was way slower than I expected. It took almost 3 weeks to show up, which felt kind of ridiculous, especially since the updates were vague. I guess it got here in the end, but still, the waiting made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be

"Instructions were kinda okay, but not super clear"
I ordered a ride on car from electrickidcars.com and the delivery part was totally fine. The car itself looks nice, and my kid was excited about it right away, so that part was good.
The main thing that bugged me was the instructions. Some of it made sense, but a few of the pictures didn’t really match the parts in front of me, so I was kind of guessing here and there. Ended up taking longer than I expected, honestly.
I did reach out to customer service and they got back to me, so that helped a bit. Overall it’s not a bad buy, just wish the manual was put together better or explained things in a more clear way.

I really wanted to like this because it seemed decent at first, but putting it together was such a hassle. The instructions weren’t very clear, and some parts felt like they should fit but didn’t line up easily. Once it was assembled it was okay, but the whole process was more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Felt cheap after just a couple days"
When I first took it out of the box, the car looked decent, so I was hopeful. But by the second day, one of the wheels had already started wobbling, and the plastic just felt cheaper the more we used it. After about a week, I was also disappointed with the battery life because it didn’t last anywhere near as long as I expected. For what I paid, I thought it would hold up better

"Really frustrating site to use"
I tried using the website and got annoyed quickly. The pages felt cluttered, and stuff that should’ve been easy to find took way longer than it needed to.
The filters didn’t help much either, so I kept bouncing back and forth between cars trying to compare them. On my phone, a few buttons were also weirdly confusing and I wasn’t always sure what I was tapping.
I ended up giving up before placing an order because the whole thing just felt clunky. They need to fix the site

"Return process was hit or miss"
The return process was a bit of a mess for me. It took way too long just to get the return info, and I’m still waiting on my refund. Maybe it goes smoother for other people, but my experience was definitely hit or miss.
